
Marriage
Marriage is a sacrament where a man and a woman enter into a lifelong covenant of love and partnership before God. It signifies the unity between Christ and His Church and involves vows of fidelity and mutual support.
Requirements
[1] Baptismal and Confirmation Certificate – Original copy; with notation (“For Marriage Purpose”); issued within three (3) months before the wedding date. (Required for both parties)
[2] 2×2 Picture of Bride and Groom – 2 sets for filling and posting in the parish bulletin.
[3] Authenticated or certified true copy of birth certificate
[4] Certificate of non-marriage (Issued by NSO)
[5] Marriage licence (Issued by the Local Civil Registrar)
[6] Mariage contract (Certified True Copy, if civilly married)
[7] Canonical Interview – a Church required process to determine capacity and disposition for marriage and married life.
